Cancellation Policy

At BLANC STUDIOS NEW YORK, we understand that plans can change. To accommodate all clients fairly, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

• Full Refund: Clients may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before their scheduled session to receive a full refund.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking will not be eligible for a refund.

• No-Shows: If a client does not show up for their scheduled booking without prior notice, the full amount will be forfeited.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.
